Wow ... so a lot has been happening, which I suppose could explain the lack of blogging. In the last month we've been to Georgia and to Cincinnati. But probably the most exciting thing is that we just had on offer on a house accepted (and by accepted I mean we haggled back and forth with the owners until we got to a price we both sort of agreed on). Woohoo! Of course we still have about 20 steps to go through before the house is actually ours but having an offer is certainly a good start. Here are some pictures of our (hopefully) soon to be home. (all these are off the MLS - sorry - maybe one of these days we'll start remembering to take our camera important places with us)
